Snow Leopard Tours
A 12 night, 13 day immersive experience in the world of the Snow Leopard, led by Dr Paras Bikram Singh who has studied snow leopards since 2017.

The Experience
Go beyond searching for snow leopards and become part of the conservation effort protecting them. After travelling deep into the Annapurna region, you’ll stay at the exclusive Snow Leopard Haven alongside BIOCOS Nepal’s research team and local snow leopard scouts. From dawn scanning sessions and following snow leopard trails to checking camera traps, tracking signs and counting prey species, you’ll experience conservation in action at up to 4,200 metres above sea level. There is also time to discover the region’s remarkable alpine birdlife, ancient villages and extraordinary Himalayan landscapes.

With only six guests on the tour, this is a rare opportunity to spend extended time in the field with researchers who have been studying snow leopards in the Manang landscape since 2017. An optional Himalayan pony excursion takes you deep into the cats’ hunting grounds while staying in radio contact with the scouts, while evenings bring spectacular Himalayan sunsets, star-filled skies and exclusive conservation talks.
